Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Every application is read by a person and reviewed against the four criteria set by the house. Applicants receive a written decision within five business days.

Where accepted, the Residency is delivered under a written engagement letter that governs scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Programs begin at US$3,500 (Foundation). The Residency is US$6,500. House Account is US$11,000. Full terms are provided at engagement.

All work product, drafts, credentials, and materials shared during review are held in confidence. Neither party may disclose the details of the engagement without written consent.
